The Provincial AC Program Team collected information on AC/clinical QI projects underway at the regional level to develop a provincial AC inventory. Criteria for AC/Clinical QI projects were provided to health regions to identify their projects. The AC inventory was used to better coordinate and align AC efforts across the system, facilitate replication of successful projects, identify where the gaps exist, and provide better support to build capacity for improving clinical appropriateness.
