Session description 

During the Covid-19 vaccination roll-out, a team of employees from the Saskatchewan Health Authority, University of Saskatchewan, and the Health Quality Council came together with a task of evaluating the roll-out. Rather than using typical evaluation methods, the team decided to take a developmental approach with staff embedded within vaccination teams to observe and listen. The results were summarized weekly and provided to the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s leadership team. This sort of rapid feedback mechanism appeared to be helpful in the fast-paced situation of vaccine roll-out.
