Meet Krystelle, our dynamic Executive Assistant to the CEO who joined HQC in the fall of 2023. Think of her as the backstage mastermind of our organization—without her, the show simply couldn’t go on. Whether it’s supporting the leadership team, the Board of Directors, or keeping HR in sync with our strategic vision, Krystelle is always two steps ahead, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Krystelle’s career path has been anything but conventional. She’s dabbled in several industries —construction, administration, HR, and even biosciences. She’s a firm believer in the adage, “jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than master of one.” Her versatility and adaptability have been her greatest assets over her 10+ years of experience.

Growing up surrounded by healthcare advocates, it was almost inevitable that Krystelle would end up making a difference in this field. She became a licensed Primary Care Paramedic through the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Institute but eventually switched gears to pursue a Lean Yellow Belt Certification from the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters. Now, she’s channeling her passion for helping others by working to accelerate improvement in health and health care throughout Saskatchewan.

When Krystelle isn’t busy orchestrating the behind-the-scenes magic at HQC, you’ll find her on the hunt for her next adventure. Whether she’s binging another novel, exploring new destinations steeped in history, or spending quality time with her family, Krystelle is always on the move, embracing new experiences, and chasing her passions.
