Alaa Aburub
Improvement Lead
Alaa joined the HQC in December 2022 as an Improvement Lead. He brings with him over 13 years of healthcare experience in various quality related aspects including quality improvement and data analysis.
From 2018 to 2022, Alaa was working as a Continuous Quality Improvement Officer, leading the development and implementation of Patient Safety Culture surveys, analysis and identification of system level areas for improvement.
Alaa has a Bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Yarmouk University and a Master’s degree in Quality Management (MQM) from University of Wollongong in Dubai.
