Elizabeth Leclerc

Improvement Lead

Elizabeth joined HQC as an Improvement Lead in December 2022.

Prior to joining HQC, Elizabeth served as the Manager of Community and Family Well-Being for Muskoday First Nation. Additionally, Elizabeth previously held various roles such as Assessor Coordinator and Forensic Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, and Family Worker with Onion Lake Family Services Inc. Elizabeth is dedicated to advocacy for marginalized individuals and reducing barriers to service access.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from St. Thomas University, and is a registered member of the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers.
