Patient- and family-centred care (PFCC) is about collaboratively providing health care and services that are responsive to the needs, values, and preferences of patients and their families.
In 2016-2017, there were more than 620 opportunities for patients and families in Saskatchewan to share their experiences and to contribute to improving our health system. These contributions occurred at all levels – from a patient’s bedside to strategic provincial meetings.
