Session Description

The foundation of any learning health system (LHS) is the presence of a data infrastructure used to collect patients’ outcomes.  Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) and Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) come in handy as a tool to support our LHS. These data-driven tools empower healthcare providers to tailor their services, enhance patient-centered care, and continuously improve the quality of healthcare delivery.

In this webinar you will be able to:

  • Differentiate between Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) and Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs)
  • Describe the uses of PROMs and PREMs at multiple levels in the healthcare system.
  • Understand your role in the development of PREMs and PROMs across multiple levels in the healthcare settings.
