The pandemic has further strained already limited palliative care resources in the community. A new, pan-Canadian report based on input across the sector highlights the need for palliative care in the home and community, the unequal access to palliative care, and calls out innovative practices to address inequity and shape the future. Panelists will discuss practices and innovative tools that can improve the future of home and community-based palliative care.
